The Global Risks Report 2018

The Global Risks Report 2018

Similarly as last year, we are publishing the most recent Global Risks Report 2018, 13th Edition, by the World Economic Forum.

At a glance, the Global Risks Landscape will give us a clear overview of the Risks considered for 2018, from an impact and likelihood perspective, with the risks being laid out in a matrix type of graphic. In this same section, the report also lists which are the Top 10 Risks in terms of Likelihood and the Top 10 Risks in terms of impact. Note that these figures and findings are based on the World Economic Forum Global Risks Perception Survey 2017–2018.

The speed at which political and technological change is occurring worldwide is driving companies to further tighten and reinforce their systems and controls arrangements.

The 13th edition of the Global Risks Report, from the World Economic Forum, in partnership with global Risk Management consultancy firm Marsh & McLennan, addresses the global Risk landscape at a macro level and describes emerging risks which might translate into real threats.
As previous editions, the Global Risks Report is a very thorough document which any Risk Manager or practitioner might want to consult while designing their firms’ responsiveness controls in relation to the Risks they face.
